Remember the output folder and Window Location

Currently the Destination folder switches back to your %MyDocuments%\Aiseesoft\Video everytime you launch the software. Also atleast on my Multi Monitor setup it puts the window on the Right side of screen half cut. Make it compatible with multimonitor support too
